Banana Nut Pancakes
Yield: Twelve 5” Pancakes

Ingredients
1 ¾ cups (156 g) Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix
¾ cups (156 g) Milk
3 (165 g) Large eggs
6 tbs Butter, melted
2 Ripe, smashed Bananas
1/2 cup (64g) raw chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat and lightly oil griddle or waffle maker on medium heat.
- Place Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in milk and eggs to combine. Slowly add the melted butter and whisk until batter is smooth and silky. Mix in 2 ripe, smashed bananas, and 1/2 cup (64g) raw chopped walnuts.
- Ladle ¼ cup o the batter on the griddle
- Cook until bubbles appear over the top of the pancake and the bottom is golden brown
- Flip and repeat on the second side, about 1 – 1 ½ minutes cooking time
- Keep pancake warm and repeat with remaining batter
